History
The Chambre de commerce de Clare was founded in 1949 and was the first french Chamber in Nova Scotia. Starting with only a few members, this chamber has certainly reached its goal throughout the years. With the support of many businesses in Clare, the Chambre de commerce is currently composed of over 100 members, which are helping us to develop strong ties with our community.
Throughout this time, the Chambre de commerce de Clare has represented the interests of our area through various economic and social challenges.
Mission & Vision
Our mission is to promote and encourage economic development of existing industries and new businesses by collaborating and planning with our members, governments, educational institutions and local businesses to stimulate a strong economic climate within the Acadian community of Clare.
Our vision is to be the economic catalyst of choice for the municipality.
